Yakama Nation Cultural Heritage Center - Heritage Inn Restaurant
Come for the Friday night Seafood Buffet, 5-9 pm, at the Heritage Inn Restaurant, then stay to shop and check out the historic displays at the Cultural Heritage Center. Hwy. 97. Three City Bike Ride
Take in the majestic vistas of the Rattlesnake Mountains and the Horse Heaven Hills as you travel by bicycle on a paved bike path from Prosser through Grandview and end the day at DairyFair in Sunnyside, where you can test your agility at the bike rodeo and enjoy some delicious Darigold ice cream. Start time is 10am at the Best Western Inn at Horse Heaven in Prosser. Free for all ages.

Zillah Spring Fling 2007
Start your day with the citywide yard sale (8 am to 5 pm), then check out the classic car show (noon to 3 pm). Take a break to freshen up then come taste the good life! Wine tasting from 15 local wineries and great food all in one place starting at 6:30 pm. and live & silent auctions.  You won't want to miss the burlesque/cabaret ladies of popular Las Vegas act Scandalesque, plus dance the night away to the tunes of Clam Digger, a Seattle band. Great 5th annual event to help save the historic Teapot gas station. Tickets sell fast so buy them early.

Sagebrush Freetrapper (Mountain Man) Rendezvous
Come out and step back in time at the tepee village where competitors will be demonstrating various mountain man skills including muzzle loading rifles and knife and tomahawk throwing. There will be games for the kids as well as the adults, and 4 or 5 traders will be there with period 1800-1840 trade goods for sale. There will be a Dutch Oven Cooking Contest along with a potluck on Saturday evening, followed by a Council Fire and an evening night shoot.

Spring Fling Scramble at Black Rock Creek
Traditional scramble (2 drives used by each player) golf tournament, $3000 payout based on full field. Also flag prizes, side games, gross and net payouts. Entry fees include green fees, golf cart, and hors d'oeuvres.  Shotgun start at 10:00 am.

"South Pacific" 
Come see this timeless classic with songs that will take you back to the romantic era of the 1940's! Take that special someone out to dinner and then to the show which will certainly be one "enchanted evening." Valley Theater Company presents Rogers & Hammerstein's "South Pacific" 7:30pm Friday, and 2pm and 7:30pm Saturday. Tickets $12 adults, $10 students and seniors. 60th Annual Cherry Festival and Parade
Bring the family to the Cherry Festival in Granger's City Park.  Lots of family fun with live entertainment, carnival, concessions, bingo, and much more, hosted by the Granger Lions Club. The parade will be Saturday, April 26 at 11:00am.

Spring Opener Car & Bike Show
This is the event of the year!  Show 'n Shine, arts & crafts, food, entertainment, raffles, kids activities, and resource fair, 10 am-4 pm. Proceeds will go towards equipping Benton City's new Grid Kids (Youth Football) program.

Bob Mars/Rick Rose Memorial Run
Get your blood going first thing in the morning with a 1-mile or 5K walk/run for a good cause! $15 entry fee includes a t-shirt and raffle ticket for prizes. Proceeds benefit scholarship funds in memory of Coach Bob Mars and Ki-Be graduate Rick Rose. Entrants completing the 1-mile will receive ribbons; 5K contestants will compete for age group awards and male/female championship.
